06 November 2016The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-
John E. Kiely, trainer of Portmore Lough (off feed) - €200313A Tegral Supporting Kildare GAA M'dn H'dle
The Stewards fined J.S.Cullen, trainer of Dancing Rhythm, €350, having failed to lodge the passport on time for this horse, which resulted in the horse being withdrawn from this race. .
The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Let's Twist Again, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal.
B.J. Geraghty, rider of Let's Twist Again trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.
L.P. Dempsey, rider of Monastic trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left.
313C Priory Walls Of Kilgowan H'dleThe Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Ivanovich Gorbatov, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
313E Paddy Osborne Memorial Brown Lad Hcp HdlD.E. Splaine, rider of Ballyadam Brook trained by Terence O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise from three furlongs out.
313F Palmerstown Supp Kildare GAA H'cap H'dlePatrick J.Flynn, trainer of Wrekin Rock, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge pulled up lame.
